Here's how to Fix Error 0x80070002, We couldn’t set your default save location:

Make sure you have administrator privileges on your computer. The error often occurs if you don't have admin rights.

Check that the folder you're trying to set as the default save location exists and that you have permissions to access it. Create the folder if it doesn't exist.

Open Registry Editor and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. Check that the folder paths for "Personal" and other folders are valid.

Delete the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders and restart your computer. Windows will recreate this key with default folder locations.

Open an elevated Command Prompt and run "attrib -h -r -s c:\users\username\*" to remove hidden, read-only and system attributes from your user profile folder.

Use Disk Cleanup to delete temporary files and other unnecessary data from your user profile. This frees up space that may be needed for saving files.

As a last resort, create a new user profile and copy over files you need from the old profile. Set the default save location on the new profile.
