Follow the steps:
Method-1: Unplug USB mouse, keyboard, and other connected devices
• If your laptop is AMD Ryzen then unplug all USB devices. This may be keyboard, mouse, USB stick or other. Restart your laptop and then check.
If the problem is still not solved then uninstall the USB devices drivers.
• For this, right click on Start.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Locate the installed Mouse name in the list.
• Right click on the driver.
• Select Uninstall device.
• Click on Uninstall.
• In the same way, double click on Keyboard.
• Right click on driver.
• Select Uninstall Device.
• Click on Uninstall.
• Restart your computer.
Method-2: Install the latest Windows updates
• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Select Windows update.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Reboot the device after the updates are downloaded.
Method-3: Run SFC and DISM tools
• Click on Search.
• Type cmd.
• Select Run as administrator.
• Type SFC /SCANNOW in Administrator Command prompt.
• Press Enter.
• After the verification is 100% completed, type
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth
DISM / Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• After running these commands, restart the PC.
