1. After inserting the pivot table, check a few fields, select one of the cells (such as A4), select the "Analyze" tab, click "Options" in the upper left corner of the screen, and "Show Report Filter Pages" is gray in the pop-up menu.
2. Drag one of the fields, such as "Month", to "Filters", click "Options" again, and "Show Report Filter Pages" is available in the pop-up menu.

1. Suppose we want to generate a report on clothing sales for each month. Drag the "Month" field to "Filters" (move the pointor over the "Month" field, hold down the left button, move to the list box under "Filters", and release the left button when a green line appears); select the "Analyze" tab, click "PivotTable", then click "Options", select "Show Report Filter Pages" in the pop-up menu, open the "Show Report Filter Pages" window, click "OK", then the monthly paginated report will be automatically generated, and the fields are the same for each month.
2. Note: When the Excel window is displayed in full screen, the "Options" is in the "Pivot Table" group, and when the Excel window is reduced, the "Options" is in the "Pivot Table".
(2) How to make report by Classification in Excel?
1. If we want to automatically generate a paginated report according to the "Classification" of the clothing sales table. Drag Classification to Filters.
2. Also click "Options" in the "Pivot Table" group in the "Analyze" tab, and select "Show Report Filter Pages" in the pop-up menu.
3. Click "OK" directly in the "Show Report Filter Pages" window that has been opened, , and the paginated reports will be automatically generated by "Classification".
3. Delete all reports at once in Excel
1. Select a report we want to delete (such as "Men's clothing"), hold down the Shift on the keyboard, click the last report to select all the reports we want to delete, right-click them, select "Delete" in the pop-up menu, and then select "Delete" in the pop-up window, then all the selected reports will be deleted.
2. If the reports you want to delete are not continuous, after selecting the first report, hold down the Alt on the keyboard and click the other reports you want to delete to select all the reports.
Note: Whether it is automatically generated reports or deleted reports, they cann't be undone, so you must pay attention before operation to ensure that the operation is correct, so as to avoid errors and trouble.
