This episode features Ted’s Restaurant, originally opened in 1954. Randy Zhang has chosen to celebrate the diner’s long history and continue Ted’s legacy by keeping the interior of the diner authentic to the 50’s.

The Find Dining initiative was created to bring awareness to restaurants in Scarborough by developing an online presence (website and social media activities) throughout the COVID pandemic. The initiative was supported by the Scarborough Business Association, University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC) faculty and students, as well as students, faculty and staff from Centennial College’s School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts.
