Perform these given steps to fix the error:
Login to your cPanel
Open File Manager
Click on public_html to open
Now go to the directory where you have installed WHMCS
Go inside configuration.php and edit the License key manually
Then click on Save changes.
Other option to fix this error is by changing the file permission of configuration.php to 0644 if it is 0400 to enter the updated license key in WHMCS login page.
After successful login to WHMCS you can then change the file permission of configuration.php back to 0400.
