When you accessing WHM, cPanel or webmail, web server redirecting to hostname. The issue is caused due to the SSL security expired on that domain. By default, the option “Always redirect users to the SSL/TLS ports and certificate hostname when visiting cPanel/WHM/webmail, etc. ” is ON mode in WHM
Follow the steps given below to fix this:
Step::1 Login to WHM
Step::2 Select the icon ‘Server Configuration’.
Step::3 Click on ‘Tweak Settings’ icon.
Step::4 Jump to the ‘Redirection’ tab. By default, ‘Always redirect to SSL’ option is ‘ON’.
Step::5 Make it OFF
Step::6 Now go to other option "Non-SSL redirect destination" and "SSL redirect destination" and tick on Hostname
Step::7 Click on Save button
That's it!!!
