Follow the steps to create a Subdomain while using Cloudflare:
Step::1 Login to cPanel
Step::2 Navigate to Subdomains in DOMAINS section
Step::3 Create a Subdomain
Step::4 After creating Subdomain, open cmd and ping the Subdomain
Step::5 If it shows that Ping request could not find host then go to your Cloudflare dashboard
Step::6 Tap on Add Record in DNS Zone
Step::7 In the next page Enter the Subdomain and IP address and click on Save button to Add A record for your Subdomain
That's all, you have successfully created Subdomain using Cloudflare. Your Subdomain will work perfectly now.
