Over the past couple of months, I've been experimenting with different intermittent fasting schedules and meal plans.
My new schedule will be intermittent fasting (IF) and a keto diet meal plan to burn body fat and get into a mild state of ketosis.
The IF and Keto plan
fast for 24-hours on Monday
18/6 fasting Tuesday through Sunday
3MAD on resistance training days
2MAD on cardio days
50g or less of carbs per day (primarily vegetables and avocados)
increase my healthy fats
eat an adequate amount of protein
no alcohol
