This gentle guided mindfulness meditation exercise uses calming wind sounds to induce deep relaxation and sleep while it shows you how to reduce anxiety with the “noting” practice. At the end there will be 5 minutes of soft wind sounds when you can simply breathe and be calm. This recording is ideal for pre-sleep; the ending has a gentle fade so you can use this to drift off to sleep.
