In 2000, the movie, "Legend of Bagger Vance" was released to theaters. The soundtrack, composed by Rachael Portman, was a hit and sold very well. Its main theme was a song titled, "Junuh Sees the Field". The scene involving that song was a highlight of the film. Representing a subtle piano composition backed by reverb, strings and synths, the music invokes scenes of a beautiful country dawn on a summer day.
I heard this recently and realizing how beautiful it is, I am pleased to release "Junuh Sees the Field" to MuseScore, in an almost perfect duplication of Rachael's haunting song. The sheet music includes good reverb, piano, strings, chorus and synths. If you download it, make sure you open the Synthesizer and click the "Load from Default" tab.
