Boss DR-880 - Roland VS-2480 digitally
Question was asked on the VSPlanet forum about connecting the DR880 digital Out to a vs2480. I am not a fan of this method because I find the digital clock on the DR880 not very stable. I prefer to use an analog connection and use synctrack or Midiclock. (MTC will not work) Also I noticed that you have to use the VS as the master with midi MMC.
I am a big fan of the Boss DR880. It is a phenomenal piece of gear. The VS2480 is awesome as well.
