Unity is a cross-platform game development platform.
Every object in a scene has a position and rotation. These values are stored in the project settings, making them easy to access. You can alter these values using different methods. I have used a random number generator to generate a new values and using c# code automatically adding the new values to the objects in the scene. I had problems with a object set to static as it stopped the object change its position or rotation.
