THE BASIC USAGE OF THE LET FUNCTION
Welcome to Excel in a Minute!
What is this lesson all about?
The LET is a function that allows users to define pairs of names and values and the calculation for that pair.
In this video, we are going to show a basic example of how to use the LET function.
When and where can the lesson be used?
But before anything else, the LET has the following syntax:
FLASH: LET SYNTAX
The first argument is the name to be assigned to the variable. This must begin with a letter.
Next is the value associated with the variable.
Then followed by the calculation which is the operation to perform with the assigned names and values.
