Recipe:
-400g Sushi Rice
-550ml Water
-3 EL SushiZu
-4 Nori Sheets
-Furikake
Filling:
-300g Salmon
-150g Tuna
-1 Avocado
-1-2 tbsp Soy Sauce
-Mayonnaise
-1 tbsp Miso Paste
-1 tsp Sake
-some Lemon Juice
-1 tsp Sugar
-a Pinch of Salt
Wash the Rice until the water runs clear. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Cook rice according to instructions or in a Rice Cooker. Mix the sushizu into the rice.
Chop everything for the filling, season and mix together.
Simply form half balls and put the filling in between, then continue to form triangles. You can press harder. Or you use Onigiri Maker like me, i was lazy haha. Now wrap the nori sheet around it. Add some Furikake on Top
