Automatic Sanitizer Machine Making without Arduino and Microcontroller's
In this video we are going to make an Intelligent Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser Machine without Arduino , Microcontroller's and Programming JUST THE NE 555 IS ENOUGH TO MAKE THE MACHINE INTELLIGENT. I said the Machine is Intelligent because this machine will understand every thing that is we are putting hand, holding hand after that it will give only required amount of sanitizer. if you hold your hand on the Machine there is no overflow. you get the required amount of sanitizer one's at each trigger. if you are holding for a long time doesn't matter the machine will know you are holding and there is no overflow. It have a preset to adjust the required quantity.
Here I designed this Awesome circuit for all of you. the heart of the circuit is NE555 The famous timer chip and here I'm using some external components for to make the dispense time, adjusting the dispense time , regulating voltage , driving Motor's , Relay's , Solenoid valve and to make the intelligent logic, etc. Here we are using only active and passive components to make the equivalent logic that we can do by Arduino , Microcontroller's and programming.
Here I'm using an Industrial grade photoelectric sensor (KD400GS3) for the stability and this type sensors does not have any false triggering issue's on outdoor light conditions
if you do not get the same sensor as mine I recommend use an industrial grade Sensor.
