Make a super simple DIY power bank that delivers 2 Amps of maximum output current, charge any phone with this simple incredible technique.

Here I used the tp4056 module for battery charging and protection and mt3608 for boosting the voltage from the battery voltage level to the cellphone charger standard.
the mt3608 is a High-Efficiency 1.2MHz 2A Step Up Converter so which is capable of delivering 2 Amps of maximum charging current which is more than enough for the majority of cellphones.
and it has a wide operating Voltage range, the input voltage range is 2 to 24V and the output voltage range is Up to 28V.
so it smoothly works with 18650 lion batteries I strongly recommend you to use the 18650 lion batteries having a reasonable c rate because in this video I did this with a lipo tablet PC battery to prove the concept and as a part of an experiment so I never recommend you to do the same.
you know, this type of biscuit battery is dangerous if anything goes wrong it will easily catch up the fire in any circumstances.
you can use multiple 18650 batteries in parallel to improve the capacity of the power bank but you have to equalize the battery voltage first and you should have to choose the battery from the same manufacturer and same capacity and same model number as well.
before you going to attempt to parallel the 18650 lion battery I strongly recommend you do some research about it.
