Zrazy, this is the easiest and most budget friendly recipe. This is the recipe my grandmother Efrosinya Fedorovna used to make zrazy. Potatoes she always had in the house, well, and chicken giblets always cost a penny, so grandmother and cooked potato zrazy for the whole family at once with children and grandchildren. You can freeze and defrost potato zrazy prepared according to this recipe as needed in the microwave.
My grandmother's zrazy recipe ingredients:
Potatoes 1 kg
Chicken giblets 300 gr
Onions 1 pc
salt, hot pepper
flour 3 tablespoons
egg 1 pc
vegetable oil 40 ml
butter 30 g
sour cream to serve
