Steering Rack
The steering rack and pinion is enclosed in a metal case. Surrounding the rack are multiple seals which are essential to the functionality of the steering rack. The inner tie rods are connected to each end of the steering rack. Bellows boots surround the ends of the steering rack to keep dirt and debris from getting inside. The pinion gear is attached to the input shaft, which receives steering input from the driver.
