Contact Form 7 + reCAPTCHA v3 Causes Your Website To Be Slow (Example/Fix)
Something in the integration of Contact Form 7 and reCAPTCHA v3 Causes WordPress websites speed to be slowed/reduced. In this video first I demonstrate the problem in Pagespeed Insights, and then quickly move on to the solution.
So if your WordPress site has a low score in Google Pagespeed Insights, And you already done all the optimizations, take a look at this one, it might be what you're looking for.
Took me a while to find out what's going on since all the settings were fine, had to go one by one and find out eventually that it's something to do with Contact Form 7, Hopefully it will be fixed in the future, this is the state of the problem at the time of recording of this video.
