Guide : How to fill color in a text box or shape in Excel
1. Click on "Excel", select a workbook to edit
2. Select a text box or shape which you want to format
3. Right-click the edge of the shape or text box and click "Format Shape"
4. In the Format Shape pane, click "Fill & Line" tab
5. Under Fill, select any one "Fill option" from the available ones
6. Let's select "Gradient Fill", select the options that you want like Type, Direction, Angle etc
7. You have successfully filled color in a text box or shape
