The nurse needs to be able to recognize multiple cues simultaneously. When helping a client who has experienced some type of trauma or may not be able to fully communicate, these cues can come in many shapes and sizes. As you attempt to answer this question, are you able to prioritize which cue is most crucial/concerning. Use your THIN Thinking and care for the patient after suffering a fall.
