Today I'm sharing the emotional roller coaster that is removing wallpaper. When I bought this house, I KNEW that removing the wallpaper was a huge part of the makeover itself. What I didn't realize was that each space had layers and layers of wallpaper some of which was painted over and some of which was applied directly to untreated wallpaper. Good news is that I've tried and tested a number of different wallpaper removal techniques and I'm sharing all of them with you here today. Make no mistake... the wallpaper is far from finished, but it feels good to have two spaces totally clear and kind of sort of ready to paint.
