GIMP Tutorial - Dragan Effect
GIMP Tutorial to give a photo a Dragan effect. No doubt you've seen this effect done with Adobe Photoshop - so here's a tutorial to get a similar effect in GIMP.
You will need the Advanced Tone Mapping plug-in here: http://registry.gimp.org/node/5980 - Download the file named advancedtonemapping.scm - Choose the option to SAVE the file, DO NOT try to OPEN it, then copy and paste it into your Scripts folder in the GIMP directory on your computer. Then restart GIMP to activate the script.
