Today, I'll be taking you through a super quick & easy lunch and meal prep you can do in just 10 minutes!
Please keep in mind that the calories, and macros that YOU should be eating are completely unique to YOU--no two people will ever share the same exact macros and calorie targets even if they have the same goals.

The meals in this video are not targeted towards fat loss or weight gain or anything in between--again, eating according to your fitness goals will look different for EVERY person.
You can achieve weight loss with any kinds of meals as long as you are in a consistent caloric deficit.

Please feel free to modify these meals however you'd like to fit your own personal preferences!
You can meal prep as little or as many meals as you'd like--there is not right or wrong way to do it.


Gardein Mandarin Orange Chick'n (purchased from Hyvee):
*Follow cooking instructions on bag
1/2 bag of Gardein Chicken + 4oz white jasmine rice + 6oz green beans =
480 calories
19g protein
85g carbs
8g fat

Prepped Meals (Tyson Teriyaki Chicken purchased from Sam's Club):
*Chicken comes precooked, heat chicken up when ready to eat according to instructions on bag
4oz Tyson Teriyaki Chicken + 4oz white jasmine rice + 6oz green beans =
400 calories
28g protein
53g carbs

String Beans:
1 TB Minced garlic
1/2 TB Ground chili garlic oil (find at your local Asian store or in the Asian/Oriental aisle at the grocery store)
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion powder

Cooking Spray: Pompeiian 100% Avocado Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray (purchased from Cub Foods)
Rice: Martin Jasmine Aromatic Rice (purchased from local Asian/Oriental store)
