This is such an easy recipe to make that even I can whip it up on a weekly basis!

If you are trying to gain muscle and strength you need to be eating 4-5 meals a day plus snacks. This Pot Roast is a great way to add some protein to your diet and increase your calories.

It should make 8-10 meals.

I usually eat this twice a day for lunch and then 2nd lunch.

Ingredients:

Carrots
Celery
Yellow Onion
Beef Stock
Pot Roast
Rice

How to:

Chop all vegetables

Douse Pot Roast with Olive Oil

Cover Pot Roast with Salt and Pepper

Heat Pan and Sear the Pot Roast (1 min each side)

Place Potroast in Crock Pot

Add Vegetables and Beef Stock

Set on High for 6 Hours

DONE!
