OATMEAL CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER MONSTER COOKIES
2 tablespoon butter
2 TABLESPOONS PEANUT BUTTER
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup plus 2 tsp flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons oatmeal (I use minute oats)
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Cover a small cookie sheet with parchment paper.
1. Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add peanut butter. remove from heat
2. Add brown sugar
3. Add granulated sugar
4 Add pinch of salt
5. Add cinnamon
6. Add vanilla
7. Add egg yolk
8. Add baking soda
9. Add flour
10. Add oatmeal
11. Add Chocolate Chips
12. Mix all ingredients together well. Divide dough in half and roll each half into a ball and place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
