Not just in our art and creative work, but in relation to moving more deeply into ourselves, and claiming all our expressions and opening wider to what is possible.
Of course ART MAKING - MARK MAKING - NON-REPRESENTATIONAL DRAWING and all our CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS have the ability to OPEN us wider to more!
But sometimes we can be locked up and not truly expressing what we really desire...
Sometimes we have to learn F.A.C.E. our fears, and move through the moment, in order to find more internal space while learning how to see, claim more energy and get in touch with our emotions.
All of this together works to open our intuition and tap into deeper places and spaces within us.
Here I talk a little bit about the MOMENT and THE MARK and Finding that DIVINE SPARK, even through the DARKNESS.
