Hello! Welcome to my HanSelah art, design and freelance channel.
Without access to the internet, I would not be here today – making these videos; sharing my graphic design tips, design tricks and knowledge; learning new design skills or running my freelance graphic design business. The internet has completely changed the way in which we do things today: how we work, travel, communicate and learn. But despite all of these technological advancements in the internet with AI, video, virtual reality, augmented reality etc... There are still people today who experience life without ever accessing the internet.
Giveinternet is a non-profit organisation that exists to make it simple and transparent for anyone to sponsor Internet access and laptops for students in need, allowing them to access global knowledge and equal opportunities. Why? Because almost three billion people have never logged onto the Internet. They’ve never taken advantage of Google, YouTube or the AI tools we use today. They’ve missed out on education, online jobs, conversations, and equal opportunities. And we have missed out on their potential. Before the internet, a person's future was determined by the physical environment they were born in. Today, Internet access means access to global knowledge and equal opportunities. At GiveInternet.org, you can sponsor Internet fees and laptops for students from some of the most underserved communities. Their local partners provide skills development programs like coding, design, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. The only thing the students lack are internet connection and a laptop. Once connected, most of the students either find a job, freelance, or start their own businesses. And we can help make that happen. You can join the cause in just a few clicks.
