Red blood cells passing a polymeric microfluidic filter
In this simulation several red blood cells pass a barrier in a microfluidic channel. The channel geometry and the barrier can be modified with an external magnetic field. The goal is to filter circulating tumor cells out of the blood stream with antibody covered surfaces and mechanical filter gaps.
