I can't say it enough!.. Pelvic floor dysfunction is not only about the muscles of the pelvic floor. Its also about the house 🏠️ that the pelvic floor is the floor of (your pelvis)!
If you've been recieving internal pelvic floor therapy and are not seeing the results you wished to see, make sure the stability of your pelvis and functional movement of the pelvis connected to the lower extremities and lower back is being addressed!
