Raw No Cook Milagai Chutney
6-8 kashmiri red chillies
2 regular red chillies
1/4 cup garlic
1/3 cup coriander leaves tightly packed
Rock salt to taste
Water needed to grind
3 tsp gingelly oil
Add few curry leaves if you want
Grind together redchillies, garlic, coriander leaves, rocksalt along with little water to a slightly coarse paste. Transfer to a bowl add gingelly oil mix well. Tada ur no cook version of milagai chutney is ready! Serve with hot idlis.
As we add raw garlic after eating you may have bad breath so use mouth freshner accordingly.
