Cinnamon Roll Recipe
1 cup buttermilk ( i used half buttermilk half water bc I didnt have enough milk😅)
6 tablespoons flour
-Mix these together in saucepan and cook on low until thickened, add to mixer & cool before adding the flowing ingredients
3 3/4 cups flour
5 large eggs
2 tbsp neutral oil
3/4 cup sugar
a pinch or two of salf
2 1/2 tsp of yeast, or one packet of yeast if thats all you have. i used a little extra for fun lol
-add all the the ingredients above into your mixer with the dough hook, then mix until it is a uniform dough, took me about 6-8 minutes, but the time will depend on your environment
Lastly add one stick of butter, cut into pieces and incorporate that into the dough, once the butter is mixed it, let the mixer run until the dough can be stretched until its see through, this took me about 20 minutes
Once the Dough is ready, place in greased bowl and let proof at room temp for about 30 minutes before covering with plastic wrap & keeping in the fridge overnight. If you dont want to wait over night, let dough rise on the counter for an hour before rolling out the dough
when ready, roll out your dough and spread your cinnamon butter, i started with two sticks of butter and added cinnamon & brown sugar to taste
roll them up, slice rolls, and let proof in the pan before baking at 350 for 25-30 minutes, maybe longer or less depending on the size of your rolls!

1 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese (1/2 a block)
1 cup baked cake mix
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Splash of heavy cream
