Hello it's the Scoop♥
For those of you who think the Eclair is difficult to make,
follow the steps from the video,
and you'll be able to make it~*
I hope this recipe video's helpful :)
-Stir the dough until your dough gloss
-When you feel the heat from the dough, add each egg. For the last egg, insert it with the dough little by little.
(You have to stir the dough with an egg when there's a heat to fully mix the ingredients together)
If you're using less than 1cm pastry bag, 45~50 mins is perfect in 150 degrees, but bigger pastry bag needs to be baked for 60 mins :)
eclair recipe
Butter 70 g
Water 80 g
Milk 80 g
Sugar 20 g
5 g salt
100 g flour
2 to 3 eggs
You have to stir the dough more than a minute.
Eclair has more thick texture than choux, it can be more thicker than mine from the video.
Insert the egg little by little to be successful in making Eclair !^^
Custard cream recipe
Four egg yolks
Sugar 8T (about 120 g)
Light flour 6T (about 90 g)
Milk 250ml
It can be finished in 1 minute, 1 minute in a microwave oven, or it can be used by simmering
When making with a microwave oven, after returning the microwave for 1 minute, mix immediately and complete the cream
etc,
Sugar powder 200 g
1 egg white
Banana syrup a little
Fresh cream 100 g
Sugar 10g
Raspberry a little
Sprinkler a little
