We've only got a few more weeks left in 2020 and this has been one of the most emotional and transformative years of my life. Before the year closes out, I know that a lot of you have still been struggling with passing your Social Work Licensure Exam. So, I wanted to sit down with Dr. Dawn Apgar to discuss some of the fears and negative self perceptions Social Workers have when approaching the test. I also wanted to get her thoughts on where she sees the Social Work profession going and how we can best position ourselves to facilitate these much needed conversations around race and cultural competence.
