MoShow's Takeda Shingen unboxing!
Perhaps not the most topical of videos, as I've had this video on my hard drive for months. Time to finally just post it, especially as I think I start talking about the Date Masamune figure that MoShow were in the process of making... which has subsequently been released and I now own as well. I guess I'm operating no my own schedule.
Of all the various high end diecast collector robot figures that have been trickling out over the past few years, this is probably my number one pick.
Solid engineering for the joints all throughout the bottom. A lion head in the chest! A good variety of optional parts included- especially cool is the magnetized base and feet to help support the figure. Great paint apps and a hefty amount of metal throughout this quite large figure, it's available online for a pretty fair price all things considered, and it's also a bit less than some other companies' comparable offerings.
Eventually we'll just have a three way battle between this and the two Date Masamune figures I've got, but that would require me to thoroughly clear off my filming table to ensure there's enough room for everyone!
