Ingredients for my sticky toffee pudding recipe that can be made ahead of time:
90g Soft pitted dates
½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
35g Butter
75g Demerara sugar
90g Self-raising flour
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp Black treacle
1 Egg
25g Butter
35g Muscovado sugar
50ml Double cream
½ tbsp Brandy

1:50 Bake in the oven
