Chef Fo cooks Bourbon Chicken, an Asain food favorite at malls nationwide. I purchased boneless skinless chicken thighs and marinated them in a flavorful concoction for 24 hours. I then pan seared the thighs in a cast iron skillet and cut it into strips. I then simmered the strips over low heat for 15 mins using the left over marinade.
