This Condensed Milk Cheesecake is so delicious! It will just melt in your mouth. You cannot stop eating once you start digging 😋 Enjoy!
1 package cream cheese (226g) 8 OZ
1/4 cup butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 cup all purpose flour
6 egg yolk
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. Cream of tar tar
1/4 cup sugar
• In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and butter, Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, whisk until combined
• Add the lemon juice, condensed milk, salt, vanilla, cornstarch, flour and egg yolk. Whisk until combined
• Using a stand mixer, whisk the egg whites and cream of tar tar until frothy, then while whisking, slowly add the 1/4 cup of sugar. whisk until stiff and peaks form
• Fold in the egg whites into the cream cheese and egg yolk mixture as gently as possible. Pour the mixture into the 8 inch prepared pan, then put the pan in larger pan with boiling water in it
• Bake in preheated oven 350 F. For 1 hour
Let it cool down before transfer into the plate
