For the cupcake;
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup softened butter [ room temperature ]
4 eggs [ Room Temperature, not cold ]
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
1 & 3/4 cup milk [ room temperature ]
Bake 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
For the boiled buttercream frosting;
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can condensed milk
1 cup milk
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup powder sugar
