U.S. Marines, Swedish Soldiers MVR Live-Fire - BALTOPS 24
U.S. Marines with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, and Swedish Soldiers with 181st Armored Battalion, Gotland Regiment, conduct an integrated company level maneuver (mvr) live-fire with multiple weapons, including armored vehicles, during exercise Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 24 at Gotland, Sweden.
BALTOPS 24 is the premier maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region. The exercise, led by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and executed by Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO, provides a unique training opportunity to strengthen combined response capabilities critical to preserving freedom of navigation and security in the Baltic Sea.
