The following is an introduction to the Bioinformatics Users Group (BUG) at NCSU.
How to Join: Sign up to the NCSU Google Group, group-bioinformatics-users.
Applications on HPC: Request access to the bioinfo software group and use 'module load' and 'spack find' to list the applications currently available.
Documentation: Google Group members can access the BUG Shared drive, which contains some information on the applications as well as meeting minutes and notes from previous seminars.
