Today in this video we will show you how to create full cPanel backup to your remote location via FTP/SFTP.
Follow the steps to create full cPanel backup to your remote location via FTP/SFTP:
Step::1 Login to your cPanel
Step::2 Click on Backups tool under Files section
Step::3 Now here click on Download a Full website Backup tab
Step::4 Here under Backup Destination choose Remote FTP Server
Step::5 Enter your email address in the Email Address box
Step::6 Next enter the hostname or IP address of the server inside Remote Server field
Step::7 Further enter Remote User i.e FTP Username and Remote Password or FTP Password
Step::8 Now in Port type 21 which is default port for FTP
Step::9 In Remore Dir, enter the directory in which you want to keep the backup file
Step::10 Finally click over Generate Backup button.
Once then backup is completed, you will receive a notification in your email address..
