The MHADA Konkan Board has launched a housing project with 9,400 units in Virar-Bolinj.
म्हाडाच्या कोकण मंडळाने विरार-बोळींज येथे ९,४०० घरांचा प्रकल्प उभारलेला आहे. या प्रकल्पातील रहिवाशांनी म्हाडाकडे मेंटेनन्स कमी करण्याची मागणी केली होती. या मागणीचा सकारात्मक विचार करत 'म्हाडा'चे उपाध्यक्ष तथा मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्री. संजीव जयस्वाल (भा. प्र. से.) यांनी १६ ऑक्टोबर २०२४ रोजी मेंटेनन्स कमी करण्याचा निर्णय दिलेला आहे. याबद्दल विरार-बोळींज येथील रहिवाशांनी म्हाडाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांचे मनःपूर्वक आभार मानले, शिवाय विरार-बोळींज गृहप्रकल्पाच्या लॉटरीमध्ये नागरिकांना सहभाग घेण्यासाठी आवाहनही केले.

Responding to residents’ requests to reduce maintenance costs, MHADA’s Vice President and CEO, Mr. @sanjeevjaiswalias announced a reduction in maintenance fees, effective October 16, 2024. Residents expressed their gratitude for this positive step and encouraged other citizens to participate in the upcoming Virar-Bolinj housing project lottery.
