MHADA Housing Campaign 2024: Your Chance to Own a Dream Home Under PMAY!
म्हाडातर्फे प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजनेअंतर्गत प्रथम येणाऱ्यास प्रथम प्राधान्य या तत्त्वावर वसई-विरार महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील विरार-बोळींज आणि ठाणे जिल्ह्यातील मौजे शिरढोण, मौजे खोणी, मौजे भंडार्ली, मौजे गोठेघर येथे बांधण्यात आलेल्या घरांच्या विक्रीकरिता ०२ ते १२ डिसेंबर २०२४ या कालावधीत विशेष अभियान राबविण्यात येत आहे. या अभियानांतर्गत म्हाडाचे कर्मचारी नागरिकांना गृहप्रकल्पांची माहिती देणार आहे, शिवाय म्हाडाच्या या योजनेतील घरांसाठी नोंदणी व अर्ज करण्यासंदर्भात मार्गदर्शन देखील करणार आहे. कोकण गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास मंडळाच्या मुख्य अधिकारी श्रीमती रेवती गायकर यांनी नागरिकांना, हक्काच्या घराचे स्वप्न साकार करण्याकरिता या मोहिमेत सहभागी होण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे.
MHADA is organizing a special campaign from 2nd to 12th December 2024 for the sale of houses built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. This initiative covers areas within the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation limits, as well as Mauje Shirdhon, Mauje Khoni, Mauje Bhandarli, and Mauje Gotheghar in Thane District.
During this campaign, MHADA staff will provide detailed information about the housing projects and guide citizens through the application process to secure their dream home. Mrs. Revathi Gaikar, Chief Officer of the Konkan Housing and Area Development Board, invites all citizens to take part in this campaign and move closer to fulfilling their aspiration of owning a rightful home.
