Chef Iida has over 20 years of experience and works at Sushi Ebisu in Shinjuku as a Sushi Chef! Not only can you visit here to eat at but you can also take his in depth sushi class.
My friend, Amy, and I decided to take on the challenge of learning how to make sushi under the careful guidance from Chef Iida.
We learnt how to make:
3 types of nigiri sushi
gunkan sushi
tamagoyaki
As well as learn Chef's tips on how to make the most balanced sushi.
