GTA IV was created by Rockstar Games and released in 2008. It was created for both consoles (Xbox 360, PS3) and PC. The life of the game has extended on PC due to the multiple mods that are available for it. Grand Theft Auto IV is an open world game based in New York City.
The iCEnhancer 3.0 graphics mod for GTA IV improves a lot of aspects in the game. The lighting looks fantastic for both day and night cycles. There is also realistic clouds now in the game. The modding community has really been able to extend the life of the game.
