1 kg chicken liver

Cottage cheese
Place the liver in a blender, break the eggs, salt and pepper, add dried garlic and grind.
Add baking powder and flour to the mixture and mix.
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Chop the onions and mushrooms. Fry onions and mushrooms in a frying pan.
Cut the cooled cake into squares.
We collect the cake. Grease two squares with curd cheese and put the filling on top. Cover with the third square.
Cover the cakes with film and put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
✳️ BEEF TONGUE ROLLS
Ingredients:
1 onion
Mushrooms
A handful of walnuts
Sour cream or natural yogurt
Boiled beef tongue
Fry onions and mushrooms.
Grind the nuts into fine crumbs.
Place sour cream or yogurt in a bowl.
Place the filling on the tongue, roll it into a roll, secure with a skewer, dip both sides in sour cream or yogurt, and then in nuts.
