For each of the options, we will need:
- 220 g of cottage cheese (I took a fat content of 5%)
- 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream or natural yogurt
- honey to taste (you can take sugar or powdered sugar instead)
- 1 large banana
- lavash
Add sour cream to the cottage cheese, mix until smooth, so that the cottage cheese becomes softer. You can immediately initially take soft cottage cheese in the store, you can punch it with a blender so that the mass comes out completely homogeneous and tender.

Cut the banana into slices. Pita bread into small rectangles or squares (depending on how you wrap it). Considering that the method of wrapping is not important at all - you can at least cut into slices))

Spread a little cottage cheese on the pita bread, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, spread a few circles of banana and wrap everything in an envelope.
✳️ WITH STRAWBERRIES
Spread the cottage cheese on the pita bread again, spread the banana and slices of fresh strawberries on top.
✳️ WITH CHOCOLATE
As you guessed, we put cottage cheese on the pita bread again, a banana and 2-3 chocolate bars on top. Or you can take nutella instead.
And we also roll it up with an envelope, or a triangle, or a roll - who knows how and who likes it better))
We put the finished envelopes-rolls-triangles in a baking dish, grease with egg yolk and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. To make the pita bread browned, the chocolate melted, and the filling itself became hot and even more appetizing))
