Yeast Donuts
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 t. Salt
2 1/4 t. Yeast
2/3 cups scalded milk
1/4 cup oil
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
glaze
3 cups Powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
about 3/4 cup warm water
for chocolate
1/2 cup melted semi sweet chocolate chips
mix in enough white glaze to make chocolate glaze
