1 cup water or broth
2 to 4 oz. Taco seasoning
Simmer 30 minutes

Makes a 8x8
1 1/2 cups selfrising cornmeal mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream corn
1 cup sourcream
2 to 4 oz. Green chilis
1 cup shredded cheese
1 T. Lard for skillet or baking dish
400 oven 20 minutes
